About the boat
Zoé may be in her fifties, but she’s still got that spark that makes men look twice.
Designed by Olsöners Båtbyggen and built in 1975 in Kungsviken, Sweden, she is a Malö 50 ketch - a fiberglass hull, long‑keel, truly robust bluewater cruiser. Her interior, crafted from solid teak, is timeless Swedish craftsmanship.
Thanks to her ketch rig, she can comfortably make 5–6 knots in a fresh breeze while holding her course exceptionally well. Her long‑keel design allows a 320‑liter freshwater tank and a 200‑liter diesel tank to be placed at her lowest point, further enhancing the stability provided by her 3.2‑ton ballast.
Her deep center cockpit and protective doghouse offer a safe refuge from the harsh elements, while below deck she surrounds you with a cozy, homely comfort that makes you forget how far you are from shore.
At Zoé’s heart beats a brand‑new Nanni N4.50, a 47‑horsepower, 4‑cylinder marine engine.
